- Can I try PestPilot before committing to a paid plan?
- The Homeowner plan is completely free. If you are an operator or property manager, reach out and we will set up a guided walkthrough of the features included in your tier.
- What happens when I exceed the included properties or seats?
- Additional technician seats are $15/seat/month. Additional properties for the Property Manager plan are $3/property/month after the first 10. You will see a clear count in your dashboard before any charges apply.
- How does the marketplace take-rate work?
- When a customer finds and books your service through the PestPilot marketplace, we apply a small percentage to the job subtotal. Jobs you bring yourself have no take-rate. Operator Growth customers receive a reduced 6% rate.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards. A small processing fee of 0.8% + $0.10 applies per card charge on top of standard processor fees.
