Built for the people behind pest service
PestPilot started with a simple observation: booking, managing, and documenting pest service shouldn't require phone tag, scattered spreadsheets, and binders of paper records.
Our story
Pest control is essential work. Homeowners and property managers depend on timely, well-documented service to protect their spaces and meet regulatory requirements. Operators need efficient dispatch and clear records to run sustainable businesses. Yet the tools connecting these two sides have barely changed in decades.
PestPilot was created to bring coordination to pest service. Our two-sided marketplace and field-service platform replaces the patchwork of phone calls, text messages, and paper forms with a single system for booking, dispatch, and proof-of-service.
We launched in a single metro area with a curated roster of operators, focused on getting the core loop right: a customer describes an issue, the right technician arrives on time, and everyone walks away with a documented record of what happened. That focused approach guides everything we build.
Our mission
Make pest service more reliable, easier to document, and built on trust — for everyone involved.
What we stand for
Clear
Information is structured so customers and providers can act without guessing. Step-by-step booking, visible progress, and plain labels guide every interaction.
Reliable
We reduce uncertainty around timing, responsibility, and next steps. Prominent status indicators, time windows, and a single source of truth anchor every visit.
Respectful
Pest problems are stressful. We treat them with calm professionalism, never judgment. Privacy-aware controls and neutral language keep the experience supportive.
Practical
The product prioritizes real-world field work — speed, repeatability, and fewer taps. Big controls, quick-add templates, and recurring plan shortcuts save time in the field.
Our design principles
Make status unmistakable
Every job has one current state, shown consistently across every surface.
Design for interruption
Save continuously, recover gracefully, and let users resume mid-task.
Prefer guided choices over free-form input
Constrain where it prevents errors; allow notes where nuance matters.
Keep the same nouns everywhere
Use one term per concept across booking, dispatch, and reports.
Show consequences before commitment
Surface timing, access needs, and cancellation terms before confirmation.
